The best service. A very complicated problem with my gas line, and they came and were able to put in a new line in 4 days. All workers were polite and very professional. It was over a weekend and they were here on time and got the job done. I would recommend them for all jobs.

4/24/17-  We recently had to have our pipes replaced on our duplex where we live.  We did our homework on trying to find the right company to do the job, we reached out to a few companies and the company that stood out was R.P. S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing.  The reason for choosing them was their professionalism, detail to work that would be completed and fair price.  During the initial appointment to take a look at our place and generate a quote David called to confirm when he would be there and called the day of the appointment with a 30 minute window that he was on his way.  After the first appointment he emailed the quote and once we moved forward with them doing the work David contacted us to introduce the crew that would work at our place so we would know who would be showing up during the time frame they would be there to complete the work.    
Once they started working, the crew made sure that all areas were going to be worked on were properly covered/protected so there was not damage to any of those areas.  The crew would always knock and ask if they could come in if doors were closed, they ware are very polite and friendly.  Each day of work that was completed all areas where they worked would be meticulously cleaned, even the outside of the house.  David would provide detailed information of what was completed that day and what would be worked on the next day, we had many questions along the way and David was patient and detailed with his answers, we never felt like we were asking a silly question.  
Once all they work was completed the triple checked everything they did to make sure there were no leaks or any issued after they left. Although the process was long and inconvenient David and his crew always made sure we had basic plumbing throughout the day.  They were very considerate towards our needs and we felt they had our best interest.  Lastly we were most impressed by the way David treats his crew, he made sure they had water and the few times I was there during lunch time he took them out to lunch or treated them with treats from the ice cream trucks that passed by our place.  We feel very lucky to have found them, we would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you David and crew for all of your hard work, we wish you success in all you do!!!

4/2/17-R.P.S did a great job installing my faucet. Work was quoted as a fixed price for the job so I felt no pressure. I could ask questions and such. Price was middle of the road. No surprises.

I don't see their receipt in my emails yet. I did get a verbal quote on another job and I'm seriously considering using them for that.

2/13/2017-This review is long overdue.  
In the latter part of 2016, my girlfriend had a major plumbing issue.
We had an add on to her house, which by the way was done by a friend of mine who is the owner of his own company.
She always had problems with a line backing up.
So we did some research and decided to call David ( R. P. S ) and we both are very glad that we did.
From the start, I got a "good vibe" from David.
This young man came across to me as a true professional. I believe he mentioned that he is the fifth generation of plumbers in his family and it shows.
Very honest, fair and professional.
David and another gentleman took care of the problem at my gf's house without taking any shortcuts.
Since then, the back up issue has not reoccurred.

I had a minor problem with my toilet leaking at the base. David told me that the wax ring would need replacing and possibly the flange may need replacing as well.
After removing the toilet, he discovered that the flange was good and all that needed replacing was the ring.
I appreciate this mans honesty and work ethic. I will most definitely be calling him for all of my plumbing issues in the future.
Oh, and he upgraded the waterline with braided hoses without me even asking.
GREAT JOB  !!!

3/21/17-David the owner came to our rescue! He was super polite and arrived earlier than expected. He was so nice and explained the whole process of what was going on with our plumbing issue. He is respectful and knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem quickly without charging us an arm and a leg. I would totally call him again and will refer him to my friends and family! Thanks David and company.

1/17/2017- I have been incredibly satisfied with Ribbs Plumbing on 4 separate occasions. David has gone above and beyond for me by providing quality service and honest advice on a problematic tankless water heater, arriving promptly a few months back when my bathroom was flooded, giving me invaluable help as a consultant when I did my best to extend a sewer line from our guest unit in the back a couple of years ago (he ended up doing all the really difficult stuff but talked me through everything else, and consistently corresponding with me when addressing issues at my house when I was out of town (he even emailed photos demonstrating exactly what the problem was). I feel very lucky to have found a plumber who I trust. I have and will continue to recommend Ribbs Plumbing & Rooter to everyone in the San Jose area.
